Have the main asp page on the original site do a server side ajax query to the page on the new site which will create the pdf and respond back with whatever information you need. Create a page on the new site that will create the PDF files or call scripts. Configure the new site to run as a user that has access to run cscript. If it were me, I'd create a new site in IIS and use IPsec to only allow the server's IP to have access to the site. If you cannot access this file within 10 minutes please run the report again." You could probably have a trigger or something in your database run a job or make a small service that monitors a job table and create pdf's when a new job is found.
